One to One Email Coaching
My one to one email coaching package will soon be getting a price increase. Well I do feel it deserves it.
I will soon be launching my 6 week work alone coaching E-Course. When I do, I will be putting the 6 session one to one email coaching course up from 20 Euros to 75 Euros. So if you book now you're saving yourself 55 Euros.
Let me tell you a little about the email coaching.
Once you have booked and paid for your coaching I will send you a getting to know you email. I'll tell you a bit about me and give you a brief introduction to the law of attraction. I'll also have some questions I need you to answer before we get started. We will also work out what you are wanting to get from our coaching sessions. You may simply want to learn more about the law of attraction, you may want to work on one area of your life such as Happy parenting, attracting clients for your business, attracting a relationship..., or you may want to use the sessions to generally improve all areas of your life.
My coaching sessions are designed to be used again and again. I'll be giving you the knowledge and the tools you need to immediately start using the law of attraction to attract the things you desire. The beauty of email coaching is that you will always have your sessions to go back to time and time again.
Once we are clear about where we are heading I will send you the first coaching session. You can take a long as you require to complete the session. I will send the 2nd session once the 1st session has been replied to and fully understood.
With this course you have unlimited email support, so if at any stage you are unclear about anything just email me and we can work it out together.
This really is personal one to one coaching. I am a reall person and I answer all emails personally.

Move from NEGATIVE to POSITIVE
Whenever you are having negative thoughts you are asking for things you do NOT want to come into your life. The Universe responds to your emotions/feelings.
I think all of us have negative thoughts, after all we are human and especially if you are new to the law of attraction. The secret is to make tiny changes to your thoughts. When you catch yourself having a negative thought/feeling down/sad about something your aim is to move from negative to positive as quickly as possible.
Tiny changes is the key. Here's why.
If you are feeling low about a lack of money. Say for example you have just received an electricity bill and you know it's going to take almost every penny you have to pay it.
You are now focusing on lack (negative) and by adding feeling to it you are in fact asking for more lack.
Make a change as quickly as you can.
THE BIG LEAP - It's highly unlikely that you are now going to start singing and dancing and feeling that you have an abundance of money.
A SMALL CHANGE - This is much more belivable and just as effective.
Okay, so I have a bill. It's an electricity bill. Well I really enjoyed the food I stored in my fridge and freezer and the meals I cooked in the oven. I loved watching the television and listening to music, I love that when my clothes are dirty I can pop then in the washing machine... It's so great that all of these things are possible because I have electricity running straight into my home.
Can you see how this small change in your thought process works. Yes you have a bill. Yes you are very lucky to live in a country where electicity runs straight to your home. How amazing is that?

Law of Attraction Cards
On a recent trip to UK to visit my family I bought myself the Abraham Hicks Law of Attraction Card Deck. I am a huge fan of Abraham Hicks and had been wanting a card deck for some time, so when I saw them on the shelf in the local bookstore I had to buy them.
I have to admit I was slightly confused about how to use them. They came with no instructions or explaination. I tried shuffling and picking one out and a few other ideas. Eventually I decided to put them back into numerical order and focus on one card each day.
I have a few cards that really "Speak" to me that I have out on display all the time. Like the one that says "You can do, be and have anything..." I especially like reading this one first thing in the morning.
So I suppose the way you choose to use these cards is up to you. This is the way I like to use mine. It's funny, I often wake up with a question in my head and then turn the card over for the day and my question is answered by the message on the card. Hmm, the law of attraction works like that.
