Law of Attraction

I'm so excited about my Law of Attraction training. I am currently training to be a Law of Attraction practitioner with The Law of Attraction Training Centre, I have to tell you, I thought I already knew quite a lot about The Law of Attraction and how it worked. I had watched The Secret, listened to some Abraham Hicks and read 100's of articles on it. Whilst all of this information was highly valuable I am now able to use The Law of Attraction to help my coaching clients get what they want out of life. I am currently in the process of redesigning my website to include Law of Attraction coaching. I am almost half way through my Practitioners course. I already have the tools I need to be able to teach my clients how to use The Law of Attraction.

Sleep Well and Wake Up Early

Here's how you can wake up early full of energy.

Some people wake up early bursting with energy for the day ahead, lucky them. But for many others, waking up early is virtually impossible. I struggled for years to drag myself out of bed and then spend the next hour in a zombie like state. I’m pleased to say I now wake up early, feeling refreshed and energetic.
So what can you do if you’re struggling to wake up in the mornings?

Follow these motivational tips below and get a better way to start the day.

Wake up to the right environment.

Believe it or not but the way your room looks can help or hinder your ability to wake up early. A messy room will generally make you not want to wake up early because cleaning your room will just be one of the many worries you have to tackle for the day.
But when you wake up to a clean room, just the sight of it can be energizing and make you jump out of bed. At least you’ve got one less worry to think about!
So make sure that your bedroom is a tranquil, clean and tidy place. Make it part of your night time routine to make your room a haven of tranquility.

Give yourself a good reason to wake up early.

Waking up early comes with instant benefits:
· Better health
· More time to spend on the things you want to do
· Greater productivity

Give yourself ten minutes to think about all the good reasons for waking up early and you might never stop writing. Now, focus on these reasons the first moment your eyes open and you’ll be up and about in no time!

Get a good night sleep

One common reason why people find it difficult to wake up early is simply because they didn’t have enough sleep or it wasn’t good sleep.

To get the best possible sleep, try to go to bed at roughly the same time each night whenever possible this way your body remembers it’s sleep time.
Sleep as much as you need. Most people need around 7-8 hours sleep each night. But some people get really good quality sleep for just 5-6 hours a night and feel great. Some people need 9 hours a night. My advice is get up as soon as you wake up until you get used to how much sleep you need.

Sleep effectively

A night’s slumber is more restful and peaceful when you haven’t procrastinated at work and there weren’t any problems at home which are swept under the rug instead of solving them as they come. If you have any unresolved issues from the day write them down in a book before you go to bed and then put it away, this is to deal with in the morning not now.
Definitely, where you sleep also matters. Try to be comfortable as you can. Change your bed, rearrange your room, or have air-conditioning, heating if that’s what will make you sleep better.

Get a grown up reward system.

Children are used to getting rewards for good behaviour. How about upgrading the reward system to motivate you to wake up early?
A reward system, however, should cut both ways. To make the system more effective, you need to set repercussions for yourself when you wake up late. You also need to be stringent in implementing the penalties. Don’t rationalize. Don’t justify. The more aware you are about the consequences of waking up late, the more motivated you’ll be not to do it again.
I use reward systems for myself all the time. When I was working on waking up early I had a notebook in the kitchen. Inside I wrote the dates on each line for 30 days. Every morning I woke up at the time I wanted or earlier I went straight to the kitchen and wrote a few words about how I felt. To start with it looked a lot like this:
Mon 12/3 –Woke up at 6.55am – tired, but I’m up.
Tues 13/3 – Woke up 6.58am – Tired
Wednesday 14/3 – Woke up 6.55am – Feeling okay this morning
It took me a few weeks before I started feeling really good when I woke up
I ran the reward system for 30 day and for every day I got up early I put 2 Euros in a pot. At the end of the thirty days I treated myself to a wonderful luxury massage treatment. It was heaven. Remember the treat must be something you want. It’s no good saving for a treat and then spending the money on groceries. If money is currently an issue why not treat yourself to a luxury bubble bath and get someone else to make the evening meal and wash up, take a night off.
At the beginning of my 30 days getting up early felt like a form of torture, now it’s just second nature. You are sure to have days when you just don’t bother. Don’t dwell on it, just get back on track the next morning.

Affirmations

Affirmations are statements we say to ourselves. I love them. I use them in my own life and with my life coaching clients to help them achieve happiness and success.
The secret to making affirmations work is consistency and time. They need to be done regularly at least three times in the morning and three times in the evening, for real effectiveness go for 100+ times a day. Also don’t expect miracles in the first couple of days. You will notice a difference almost immediately but for them to be really effective I recommend you stick with the same type of affirmation for at least 30 days.
Here are 5 Affirmations I recommend you use:
· I wake up early full of energy
· It is natural and easy for me to wake up early
· I am ready to start the day as soon as I wake up
· I love waking up early
· I always get a good night sleep
Here’s to quality sleeping and waking up early.
As always, I love to hear how you are getting on and if you have any questions.

Positive Thinking

I believe that positive thinking effects every single part of our lives, from how confident we feel, how well we feel, how we present ourselves to the world, how well we do at work and in our relationship. I could go on and on with ways that positive thinking effects us but I'm sure you've already got the idea.

I am a great fan of listening to recorded hypnosis, I use it in my own life and often recommend it to my clients. I usually listen to 1 every day, they help me focus and becomes tuned into what I want. For me it's a form of meditation.

My recommendation for today is The Positive Attitude hypnosis download
Go to: http://www.hypnosisdownloads.com/downloads/personal_development/positive-attitude.html#3460

Go and get a positive attitude today. You'll be pleased you did.

Have a fantastic day

Get Motivated

There are always going to be times in your life when you have to do things you don’t like. It could be dealing with a client you don't like, going to work on Mondays, taking the rubbish out, driving through town during rush hour, going to the dentist... Doing these things just drains your motivation and can lead to you feeling sad, tired, sorry or annoyed. But did you know that there are also things inside you that actually make it difficult to feel excited and enthusiastic? Get to learn the factors that make it hard to get motivated:

Get in the Right Mindset

If you’re in the wrong mindset/frame of mind it will be almost impossible to get motivated. This is because the wrong mindset is extremely limiting.
If, for example, you believe that Monday mornings are the absolute worst part of your week and you hate going to work, you'll fail to see that there are great opportunities available to you and Monday mornings can present an opportunity for great success.
If you refuse to believe that you can actually write for a famous magazine because you're a person from a small town, you'll miss out on an opportunity to expose your talent and reap its rewards.
If you believe that you’re not smart enough to set up your own business and be successful, you’ll never be successful even if you do take a chance and set up in business.
So get yourself into a positive mindset. Develop a can do attitude. Many people go through life telling themselves they can do one thing or another mostly with absolutely no proof that it is true. What proof do you have for not living your dreams?

Is Your Comfort Zone Holding You Back?

We all have certain limitations in our minds. These limits are things we decide on based on our own personal beliefs, ethics and standards. Within these limits, we feel comfortable and can pretty much do as we like.
Once we approach the outer edges, we begin to feel discomfort, shyness, embarrassment, fear or annoyance. We do not wish to go further because we do not like what we don't know or haven't experienced. Because we have a fear of the unknown, we'd rather stay within our comfort zones because we feel safe there.
The problem here is that a narrow comfort zone can be a major factor that makes you hard to motivate. Each time you are presented with a new idea or experience, you check to see if it fits into your comfort zone. If it doesn’t, then you simply refuse, no questions asked. This is unfortunate because many of these ideas and experiences can be good for you. But you'll probably never know because you don't have the motivation to try them.
Step out of your comfort zone and a whole new world opens up to you.

Your Past Experience

Did you get burned by the oven when you were a child? That's probably why you hate to cook. Did your former bosses fail to show appreciation for your hard work? That's probably one reason why you don't feel motivated about your job.
Your background – personal, social and professional experiences – has a lot to do with how you decide things in your life. They can also be factors that make you hard to motivate. If these experiences are negative, they tend to make you more hesitant and unsure of yourself because they affect your self-esteem and confidence.
If, for example, you've only been met with rejection or ridicule in your life, it wouldn't be hard to imagine if you don't feel a strong need to excel or to improve yourself. You'll probably be thinking – 'So what? Nothing I ever did was good anyway. Why would things change now?'
Identify these past experiences and then refuse to let them rule your life. Write them down on a piece of paper, if you feel that a particular person is to blame write them a letter (you don’t need to send it) and tell them exactly how they made you feel, now take a big black pen and put a big X through everything you have written. That part of your life is over. Make a decision today to let go of the past and allow yourself the freedom to move on and move towards the life you desire.

Each and everyone of us has the power within us to achieve great things. Are you willing to grab your dreams and start living NOW!
