Solutions or Problems?

Are you a SOLUTIONS THINKER or A PROBLEMS THINKER?

Think about the last time something went wrong. What did you do?

~Look for someone to blame or blame yourself
~focus on the problem
~Focus on what went wrong

Or Did you
~Accept quickly that something went wrong and move on
~Look for a soltion
~Focus on the solution
~Ask for help finding the soltion

Which looks most like your normal response.

Actually most people will answer the 1st response which is Problem thinking.

Whilst it is important to realise that something has gone wrong to continue focusing on it is pointless and destructive. Looking for and focusing on a solution is Solution Thinking and a much more positive and productive way of responding.

Give it a shot and see what a difference it makes.
